Coaching style
The coaching has a pragmatic approach. Different tools and models will be used, that are likely to be most effective in your situation.
The tools and models used, are all based on leading research in coaching, positive psychology, personality profiles, change management, anger management, stress management and dealing with trauma, anxiety, loss & grief.
Complex problems and situations will be approached in a simple, uncomplicated and logical way, in order to stimulate and increase everyone's possibilities and authenticity.
After the initial consultation, you will receive an individual program tailored around tangible results, that you realistically can expect after three, five or ten sessions.

Three times a 60 minute online session, including a personal behaviour profile and additional email follow up
Silver
Five times a 60 minute online session, including a personal behaviour profile and additional email follow up
Gold
Ten times a 60 minute online session, including a personal behaviour profile and additional email follow up
